Aspen received a healthy eight inches of snow this week and now everyone in town is even more giddy with excitement for the 2012/2013 Ski Season!!!  I guess we should mention our incredible ski deals every week.

November 22nd is Opening Day for Aspen Mountain and Snowmass, so in just one month we’ll all be smiling ear-to-ear from our first run of the season.  Thanksgiving weekend plans might just need to be altered.  How about skiing, THEN feasting on turkey???

Opening Day just so happens to be followed up by the world’s fastest women skiers taking Aspen Mountain by storm.  The Nature Valley Aspen Winternational FIS Audi FIS Ski World Cup will be held in Aspen on November 24 and 25. The base of Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain will be home to scores of spectators ringing cowbells for their favorite speedy ladies racing through to the finish line.  Live television coverage by NBC and Versus will capture the excitement that embodies World Cup racing. The weekend also includes the first Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series of the season. Both events are FREE and open to the public!
